At EKM Metering, we stand behind the quality of our high-accuracy submetering equipment and offer a 30-day return window for items in new, resalable condition. If your hardware does not meet your project requirements, we are committed to facilitating a smooth exchange or refund process.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any electronics back to our facility.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Place the meter, communication device, or sensors in their original protective packaging to prevent electrostatic discharge or physical damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to EKM

  Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the package via a trackable carrier to our headquarters in Santa Cruz, California.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's functionality and condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
